I really thought I was the only one who did that. I don't have an instragram account or even browse it often - but every once in a while, I see a 'social media influencer' (usually over the top exhibitionist hawtness) and think "how'd we get here?". Same story every time. Like Ak47bp points out - sometimes you can find the pic in the timeline that starts the whole thing in motion.
They take a "hot" photo that gets a few more "likes" than any of their other stuff and the desperation for more and more "likes" gets to be a very slippery slope indeed.
