Bwaaaa! Skiing this morning was, um, interesting. The turns got better as the day progressed. The turns this afternoon were sick. Snow was boot top cream. Several fresh lines in north face glades. P3, P4, P4.5, P5 all untouched and allowed several laps of freshees.

Yeah uh interesting turns. Morning was good then a funky crust started to form as temps dropped. Vis sucked on the top half most of the day.

That’s crazy as the temps climbed at silver. I thought about heading to the schwizz and was going to hit you up for turns.

Silver delivered. Started with an inch. Grew to a good foot (that's what she said?). Refills all day. Best day of the season so far

Sweet. I was going to go up for the afternoon but a buddy who was up there said there was only about 3” at noon and was skiing just ok so I stayed home .Said a solid 7” by close. Tomorrow should be kick ass, alas I work.
    Better than 2 Monday’s ago with 20”+ ?

Did not ski Sunday but Friday was my 2nd best day and 2 weeks ago the best and Sunday is the only powder day I've missed this season, well today too but the snow stake had only 2" more than at 3:30 yesterday.

Just got a report from a buddy up there that there is 6”. It’s skiing well but not as deep as he hoped. Way better than working, like I’m doing.

Heavy variable snow at Mt. Spokane... took three runs on my pow snowskate before I had to leave for work related obligation. More people than I expected... I guess we are all starving for some pow.

Tuuuudddaaayyy at Silver was the tits!! Was about 10-12” of smeary med-density pow goodness! No wind crust, fog crust, or that variable shit we dealt with on Saturday!! Pick any line and stop all the landings didn’t feel the bed surface once today. The goods stayed good all the way till 2 when I headed off the mountain. God damn I needed that.

Blurry but you get the point.

My powder partner and I rated it the 3rd best powder day, still hitting the ice last 1/3 of lower 4.

Long shot... any mags headed to Schweitzer tomorrow? (Or camped at the hill tonight?) I fucked up and didn’t fill my generator gas tank. Think I ran out of gas. Bring me a gallon of gas and I’ll buy you a beer or 2.

Holy shit did Silver ski good today, total surprise. Super fast soft snow. Groomers were on point and the snow off piste was soooo damn good. Plenty of pow stashes left over from Wednesday. North Face glades was super good and I’m pretty sure I was the only one in them.
