If you look at January snowfall totals in Aspen (after the strong December)....ULLR has spoken: Climate change accelerating money grabbers are on his shit list. He thinks you're all trust and no farian. You get shitty conditions because you have an ethically shitty business. I just feel bad for the Aspen locals who are skittering on icy groomers and experiencing collateral damage from your bad ULLR vibe.

Greedy... That's another interesting comment. Is it greedy to make 50k (10% of sale price) when brokering a deal between two multi-millionaires? Then taking that 50k and funding farmland that will offset my carbon usage? Where's your farmland at?

1- do you know of any way to find out if that still true?

2- any idea if it is worth anything special? I suggested they may want to get it separately insured.
