You ate the dog's CBD treats, feel guilty, and now want to get it in bulk cause you both like it, right?
    Hey, what happened to him?

Been using my mix for a couple weeks now and have had pretty amazing results with my shoulder, went skiing a few times and each time it was stronger but, most of all, it has quit popping and clicking. I think that happens when my labrum gets stressed from certain angles, mostly like if I lean on my elbow and push it upward, which is the movement that fukked it up to begin with when I fell on it. The cbd isolate appears to be pooling on the top of oil/alcohol/herb extract/dmso solution. I think I was getting max uptake of cbd when I dipped my fingers in the jar and felt compelled to get some more cbd to add to it. Whatever has happened, it's like my shoulder's healing process got jump started and the pain significatly lessened overall. I don't even apply it as much as I used to because I have less pain. I'm looking at emulsifying it in coconut oil for a more even distribution of the cbd.

Might I suggest avocado oil instead or better yet shea butter?

If a CBD product contains over .03% THC it is illegal to ship it across state lines.

I'm investigating oils, etc, and purity of ingredients because of the uptake that occurs. Gotta be something that goes into bloodstream harmlessly. Just starting on the linament part of formula for the next batch that will get different carrier oils and testing/emulsifying for solubility, suspension/dispersion, and effectiveness. It'll be a much bigger batch and I might be able to part with some. I'm going to be seeking some scientific guidance and know of one mag I'll be consulting.

I just found a source for a pain patch I got samples of at MJBizCon last year. It was listed on HuffPost's website as one of the best they have found - and it is that good. 96 hours of blissful painlessness. If you got a boo-boo, these patches will disppear it. Being as busted up as a rodeo cowboy, I will attest to the effectiveness and am ordering some because I'm going to be out of my own oil for a couple weeks while the linament brews.

The Fairwinds products (tinctures) I use have organic avocado oil which I like a lot better than coconut oil (Green Revolution uses coconut oil). It has a nice mouth feel and doesn't separate like the coconut oil. I know what you're making is topical not oral so here's this:

Eight benefits of avocado oil for the skin

Not sure if you get the anti-inflammatory benefit of avocado oil when used topical but it couldn't hurt, right?

CBD for pets has been discussed in a number of thread but these are the only two specific ones I could find:

Also, several of the links I posted in post 392 review pet products - give them a look-see

Just at vets. Recommended a product ElleVet, which was studied at Cornell, double blind, placebo. Made and sourced in USA (MAGA!!!). They publish gas chromatograph info to show content.

Vet has several large dogs, a couple old with arthritis. Once she stated using this stuff, she was able to stop pain meds, but did keep using rimadyl. She and other office staff, and clients swear by it. Gonna try some.

Interesting, vet said 20% of dogs lack cannabanoid receptors.

Gas chromatograph analysis is SOP in the industry if you're selling a product.

My dog seems to have 200% extra receptors.
