Sounds like the whole country of France--judging by the way the shitters smell, even in nice hotels, they don't believe in vent stacks.
Then there's a bathroom on the Northstar golf course--when someone flushes the toilet sewer gas comes out of the water fountain on the outside wall. Don't be taking a drink when someone flushes.
