Got a notice from UPS last Thursday saying to expect the package on Friday. It arrived to the city in time, but they bumped back my package to arrive this Thursday so it's just sitting for like a week at the depot and won't make it in time for Christmas. It was my wife's main present too, so she won't be getting anything but stocking stuffers tomorrow. Grrrrr.... UPS has been failing so hard lately. Destroyed a very expensive package I shipped out recently too.
Well, the package FINALLY arrived. I checked detailed tracking again and the truth finally appeared on UPS's website. AFTER arriving to the destination city, they evidently put it on a truck to El Paso which took a few days. Then they put it on a truck back here. Funny how they didn't display that on the tracking info until it was finally out for delivery. You're fired, UPS. I'm officially switching my business accounts over to FedEx/USPS. I can't handle these guys any longer. Their customer service is terrible and they've been fouling up a lot of my business shipments lately. Like scheduling a pickup and they show up at my old address in Montana. They also delivered a bunch of fragile packages I shipped from TX to Florida to an even older address OF MINE in Montana. They then shipped it to the address in Florida but then rerouted back to MT. These packages bounced back and forth across the country like 3 times by the time it finally made it. Even though the shipping label and everything had all the correct info. One of the very expensive packages was utterly destroyed too. Thankfully it was insured, but it took 2 months of me fighting with them to finally receive reimbursement for it. Their account database is all sorts of screwed up these days. Especially when it overrides shipping info. WTF is going on with these losers? They've gone noticeable downhill these last couple of years. I never used to have this many problems with them.

Emotional support children on planes. Children should be trained and certified for specific assistive duties before being allowed to fly.

I forgot to pay the installment on my property tax a couple weeks ago. Just forgot, had things on my mind, no good reason. Finally remembered today during a random thought string. Now, I get to pay a penalty. Annoying as shit.

My 7 year old’s Alta pass got a crack in it today and the greedy cunts charged me $25 to replace it. I guess the $2,500 I spent there on passes and ski school wasn’t quite enough.

Hah. I actually said those exact words to the lady in the ticket office. I was nice about it because I knew it wasn’t her decision, but I also joked that this wouldn’t have happened when Onno was in charge. She actually agreed and said they used to be able to waive the fee, but aren’t allowed to any longer. So the new gm can eat a big bag of dicks.

Yeah, he couldn’t get through the gate so pulled it out and it was cracked down the middle. Weird part was that it was working earlier. Oh well.

Children that are perfectly good swimmers trying to drown themselves by swimming with their legs tied together with a fake mermaid tail.

I believe the well-established TGR protocol is to trip said children when they run down the aisle.
