I have also heard pH plays a factor too but I am tip toeing outside my pay grade.
Yeah, pH was covered by the "etc etc..." part.

±1 shred and Peruvian. I know a little bit when it comes to hop profiles but after that, I'm clueless to ph, alpha etc.

I had a total generational failure today. There were two guys standing near my cube and I came up to them and said: “don’t you people have homes?”

And they were really confused and clearly didn’t get the reference and it’s even worse when you need to explain it.

Ha! I use too many Cadyshack and Seinfeld quotes and it does suck when people don't have a clue.

And FD, for christmas sakes...you should be snowboarding or...buy a mtn bike! Screw the house and the yard...it'll be there when you get back!

    ^

In a perfect world man! MIL flies in a few hrs from now and 3 days of the last 4 on the hill requires that I actually spend a few hours doing some work and knocking at least a few items off mrs FD's endless to do list.

At least I'll have some fresh new ipa's to look forward to tomorrow !

Should have followed it up with "Well? We're waiting."

Dinner is a white whale. I’ve only gotten my hands on it once and it was remarkable.

I had Sugarhouse on tap at the local watering hole yesterday.....delicious. Triple Sunshine is also the easiest to drink 10%er out there.

More old news, Alchemist still makes some outstanding brews.

I didn't make the trip last week due to the 1 4pk limit, regretting that decision since. New hop, I'd be very interested in your thoughts on it.

Not quite as prickly as I like my DIPAs. But it is well balanced and dangerously drinkable.
