I mean, I could see by like an entry door or something, it being Wyoming and all, but the bathroom? Awesome.

I rented a place over thataways like 10 years ago. Cache creek ran through the backyard, which the guy landscaped by lining the banks with rusted out 50's cars. It also had radiant heating, in the ceiling. Owners sold it for something like 1.2 million and kicked us out. This was a month after Lehman shit the bed and it still went for crazy money. It was then that I knew Victor life was for me.

Then lets get this place sold. Work the phones people. Just clear it with ice before negotiating any concessions.

That park is a "Conservation" park, the whole point is to leave it natural, so there's no trails, no basketball courts, nothing. Just woods. Which is exactly what it was before, except they gave me a bunch of money in the meantime.

ha. yeah I'm pretty sure it's not but I doubt it's hurting anything either. I'm kinda proud of the place though, I think it's a cool home, I basically just wanted to show it off.

You said that you put a lot of thought into it... how much of the design did you do yourself? Did you also help build? Just curious about your level of involvement in putting together a home of that caliber.

Building my own sweet custom home is something I would really love to do one day. Probably a bit lower key than the icepalace... 😬

That house is actually really cool. I've been in it and talked with Oshatz about it. I think he said his inspiration was a bug. It's built as kind of a bachelor pad overlooking the river.

I like that location if I were ever to move out of rafter j nation.
it's above my comfort zone but I told my realtor friend- "keep me posted when you find an awesome location w/ a shitty house come on the mkt" and this definitely fit the bill. we are good at fixing stuff up and she knows we love our garage space
I also always like looking at interesting homes so take any opp to tour them
