    Yeah, I'd bet there's more to the story, maybe prior warnings. Or maybe the French team had a hard stop policy on exhibiting grace in defeat a la Jean van de Velde at Carnoustie.     The discontinuity and also illness of the Olympics seem to have her in a bit of maintenance mode. It will be interesting to see how much muscle she adds after things wrap up this season, as she still seems committed to improving even more for speed events long-term.
