Seeing the throwback K2 graphics reminds me of so many delammed foam cores.

Any Lange spy news, besides Aspen/Ducati edition? Like XT130’s minus the wtFuck soles....
Scientists now have decisive molecular evidence that humans and chimpanzees once had a common momma and that this lineage had previously split from monkeys.

Those Marksman remind me of my dads old K2 skis, same pattern. Might have to get them just for that reason!

Lange will be going with optional GripWalk soles. WTF soles are done.

    Jesus.

This is like the boost148 fiasco of the ski world.

Will Lange offer a Grip Walk or Alpine replacement for purchase to replace the WTF soles?

Can the WTF adjustable binding toe afd be replaced with a regular non-adjustable alpine afd to remove a moving part with potential for failure?

Does grip walk fit in the WTF binding?

    Edit: found it on EVO:

"As of this writing [Sept, 2016], Look’s position with regard to its Dual WTR bindings is that they are compatible with ISO 5355 alpine soles, GripWalk and WTR soles only."

A lot of US BC skiers don't know wtf ATK is but they probably have some BD poles. #brandrecognition

Does the walk/ski mode actual not develop play after 10 days of skiing? Don't get me wrong, I've loved the first 10 days of skiing in all 3 or 4 pairs of my cochise.

Industry needs to sort this sh1t out.

I hope that this current boot/binding compatibility debacle leads to a long term widespread solution that works across brands - ya know kinda like DIN soles were for over 25+ years.
But that would make too much sense in a ski industry that (like bike industry) now requires obsolescence to drive sales

Weird. I have a few hundred days on all three variations of the Cochise over the past 5-6 years and never once have had this issue.

Just curious, is it just the weight that you believe they failed on the execution or otherwise?

No it was just my strong belief that an airbag should actually deploy when pulled. Not exactly confidence inspiring when it isn’t working in your living room much less out in the elements. Wrote a very in-depth review on BackCountry and expected to hear from BD but never a word.

yes ski pack not airbag (the Voltair suits me fine btw). Seems to come of some mods their athletes made on the alpha FL ( old concepts from Arrakis series. See more discussion here:
