Losing a job that pays $20 million a year without any due process is not "accountability"? And no charges/claims have even been made public yet.

What does due process have to do with this? He has a contract, and whatever process he's entitled to is spelled out in that contract and any applicable laws. I am fairly confident that NBC fired him believing it had the right to do so under that contract, and if he thinks otherwise, he certainly has the means to seek out a remedy.
