That's down somewhere in South America. I wish that was my car. One of the best Ferraris ever made.

BTW. I am actively looking for a clean 79 Monte Carlo. Will pay up for a CLEAN one.

Also need a 15/16 Charger Hellcat in the 40s.

    Birddogs/Finders Fees applicable.

I don't get your thing for the late seventies Monte Carlo, when the REAL sweet ones are the 1974 to 1977 models.

    Check out this 1975 model:

And of course there was Chrysler's own version of the Monte Carlo...the Cordoba with "fine Corinthian leather":

What would Ford's 1975 version of the Monte Carlo be? The '75 Mercury Cougar XR-7?

I like the stance. This entry classes up the joint a bit. This thread has really gone downhill since Beer Drinker changed to Bobby Stainless. Monte Carlo's, wtf is this, Mecum?

I agree....those lower profile tires make all the difference on that bug. I would actually like to see even lower profile tires. Up in the air if I would keep those original pie plates or not. It might look pretty cool as a sort of retro-mod with modern wheels... wouldn't know until I see it.

As to the Montes, Cordobas and the like...sometimes it is fun to go slumming.

that gold wrapping reminds me of pictures I saw on someone who made the interior of their car plastic images of 100 dollar bills.

I understand wanting to stand out but judas, don't make an ass out of yourself. I bet that gold Porsche gets pulled over at the drop of a hat.
