Been trying to catch up, and this is the post that stands out.

I'm not offended by any of it. What I don't like is the recent very aggressive response by some juvenile frat boy males towards a woman who dared have a [relentless] opinion. I didn't know that hate was there behind all that porn posting. Or never paid enough attention to know. Now I see it, I'll call it for what I see: another small stitch in our culture of demeaning great women in this world, and excluding them. If these cavemen thrive here on TGR, then that is bad for some random female somewhere else in their path. And I don't like that. If I now keep coming back, then yeah, you could argue your point.

To answer your questions - I'm here for the only English speaking international skiers online community there is. I'm a skier. It is almost all I do, all year round. Not just the weekends. I like many of the skiers here. I like talking skis and skiing with them. I like tech talk. I like knowing that they dig it too. Where else is a skier gunna go to kill time?

No one was ever going to take porn or the Ullr thread away. But then the the frat boys went into classic TGR self-destruct mode and they revealed who they really were. They didn't ski the spaces between the trees. They stared at the trees. And they will now probably come really fucking close to hitting a tree. Fools usually get what they fear most.
