That looks affordable.

Well, at least there are 11 of them.

Not the prettiest beast, but man you would be the coolest dude at a track day...
sigless.

You'll be hard pressed to find a better track vehicle, for the money, than a C5 Z06. Great car.

The first manual transmission vehicle I drove was in an L88 427 corvette. hooker headers Holly manifold. That was 50 years ago and I still have not driven a car with such raw power

I love the C6

C6 Z06 is definitely a winner. I used to be mixed on the notchback style of the C5 Z06 but prefer it over the hatch now. They were nearly unstoppable in SCCA SOLO II Super Stock.
And the last years of the C4 ZR1 are bad ass even if the car is a flying phallus.

All business...
^^ So much cleaner and less gimmicky than the same generation Mustang. I'm not into the Cragar bling thing but certainly wouldn't say no to having one in my driveway.
c63 AMG. Never been a Merc guy but I love big naturally aspirated v8s and it doesnt get much better than a hand built 6.2 liter with gobs of torque. I honestly didnt feel as connected as I have with BMWs but holy hell that was probably one of the best stock exhausts I have ever heard. They are also kind of sleeperish and not overly ostentatious.
Fun little vid
Wow, great looking car, love the wheels too. That's one monster engine too! And like you, I'm not a Merc guy, but that thing looks sweet.
Channel your inner Clarkson.

It really only brought me in the door because of how clean it was, low miles with a single local owner. Records are great. If anyone here has any pros and cons on them I'm all ears. I don't expect it to last long but I left it over night while I mull it over. Already negotiated the price in principle as well as a bumper to bumper for 4 years.
Wow that's awesome. Does this mean you won't be posting TGR unobtanium V8AudiAvant6mt porn here anymore?
Good luck!
May does ask a good question in that clip though: Do you want a car that wants to kill you?![]()

Great car, with an incredible motor. That 6.2 is awesome. I've had it in multiple Mercs. The most recent was a SLS roadster, beast.
These are awesome too.

I was going to sell the Audi but was sent an angel this morning. Went down the street to pick up some of my daughter's friends for Polish class. I had never been there and when I pulled up I saw an RS4, Cayenne Turbo and a Eurovan hiding on the side of the garage. Turns out the father is a German car nut and even has a GT3RS on the way. His father was there and he has been selling German cars for 40 years. Started talking and he told me I'd be an idiot to get rid of a manual S wagon with so few miles and the timing chain already done. I needed to hear that.
Then again, he did call BMWs German Buicks with a few carve outs.

I've thought about this phenomenon in recent years. It's not a question of If, it's a question of When.
All 3 of your points were addressed in the article. I'm so butthurt that you didn't read it.![]()
