The Gran Turismo is a pretty car, and sounds great, but isn't even close to the level of vehicle, as an Aston Martin.
It is quite literally the next step for aging Corvette drivers. I have a manual C7 that someone traded me for an MC.
Yeah. The fat guy seats in the R and no stripes, makes 0 sense. I bet he didn't drop the 3500 for the single mass flywheel and reinforced clutch either. Yet still wants all the money.
Aston Martin kills it in the design segment. DB11 is a departure, but still an amazing GT vehicle, with technology that they were lacking.
Vantage is an amazing car, and the V12 S is the epitome of a purist vehicle. Way more than a 911. Literally the only company that sells a NA V12 powered, rear wheel drive, manual sports car.
Vanquish S
Best looking modern GT car.
Regular Vanquish Volante is gorgeous too. 350k daily.
You can get 90k off a new one, so really 260k. Ultimate cruiser.
Then they do awesome shit like this.
At 230k, I am in one of these, over a S65. But probably not a Bentley.

That Vantage is gorgeous. That's the perfect Aston to me. Nice job on the aftermarket wheels too, they look like they came with it.
Way back when, when I was in Ohio on business and I discovered that Marshall Goodman Motors they had not one but two Vulcans out front with a small crowd around them. I was very surprised to find out that both were locally owned cars. For such an extremely small amount of them made I found it crazy that two would end up in the same city, much less Cleveland.
Cant wait to see the Grand Tour guys give it a go this season in one.

Yo Merc fans:
Stuck behind a new E63 "S"AMG today in traffic. What the hell is an "S" AMG? Is it better than a regular AMG? Is it just aspirational like BMW did with the "M Power" trim level (being just M bits and no M engine)?

Kind of like an Audi S7 to RS7. Then there are Black Edition AMGs.
Best Merc in a long time was the SLS.

So the S AMG is like the RS version of an Audi then?
In other news, here's a new whip to take to the mountain. Carbon fiber box included.

An undocumented, factory feature of the S and black series AMGs is extra depreciation for only a few grand more
Those bmw m4/gts are pretty cool, I'd love to do a canyon lap or 50 in one.
Pretty sure my 996 is fine after all. At worst it's an oxygen sensor. Got a bosch ecu reader that gives my phone realtime data, MAF is good after cleaning (my bad on misdiagnosis) but one of the oxygen sensors is fluttering below the expected range. No CEL light in a few weeks, so Im planning to put the fabspeed back on and add some filter socks. Ecu tune for good measure, I can't have the car running quietly-need that cowbell.
Been seeing some pretty rad BMWs and Benzes here in Krakow. Reputed to be 'company cars' for international firms, as few native Poles have the scratch for em. I'll try to get a couple pics tomorrow.
Something about the wrinkle in your forehead tells me there's a fit about to get thrown
And I never hear a single word you say when you tell me not to have my fun
It's the same old shit that I ain't gonna take off anyone.
and I never had a shortage of people tryin' to warn me about the dangers I pose to myself.
Patterson Hood of the DBT's
Haha, that's awesome. I thought the same thing sitting behind the S AMG.
Good to hear about the MAF and overall health. When our O2 sensor went it came and went over a pretty long period of time as the car doesn't get out much. Light would be on one drive then go away for a long time.

I think it’s more of a beauty contest. It’s fine, I mean I’m just not big on judge shows, I’d rather have people come out, enjoy the show, you know, drive a cool car, have no expectations or no disappointments, you know, just come and enjoy the stuff, and that’s why the Cars and Coffee events are such a big thing now, because people love bringing their cars out, they don’t need to have somebody tell them the screw heads are wrong, or the generator’s not dated or whatever.

A little Jaguar XK 120/140 love?
I'm not sure if I like the driving lights on the silver. But damn, I like that leather hood (bonnet) strap! I've always been into leather.
But something about the wide whitewalls, creme paint and red leather interior of the first car just adds up to pure class!
But WAIT....what is this that Leno is driving?? Anybody know what incarnation of a 120 Jag this is? D-type meets 120?? I definitely recognize the Birmabright (Aluminum/Magnesium/Manganese alloy) doorskin from my own Land Rover. Maybe that whole body on his is made from Birmabright, and he is testing the door to see if he wants the whole rig polished Birmabright like I did on my Land Rover.
And I'll gladly give five buckz to anybody that can correctly tell me what this car is: At first I thought maybe some long-forgotten Morris model.
But Holy damn, I'm REALLY starting to like these 120s!!!! You can take your Tipomatic or Tiptronics or whatever the fugue you call them...I'll take one of these!!! I'm starting to believe it is one of the "truest", most simply elegant road cars ever made. I want, want WANT!!! :P

Let me just see where I put that Turks account info...

This belongs to a friend of mine, It has it's own mechanic who travels around the world with the car when the Bugatti club holds events and tours in various counties. It really is a work of art and sounds amazing even at idle. His Father in law also has one but admits his is no where near as nice as this one (He bought it in the 60's and drives it regularly (he's also done the Paris to Peking race in a 2CV, Just because he could) ).
