I think that's what I heard. Too bad, that kid had mad style. His segment in Butter was inspiring. It wasn't that he went big, or did a bunch of cool shit in the air, but he had a smooth style. I think he's the only skier who ever made the mute-stiffy look good.

Just watching that toned me down. That was a bad deal.

How about Bill Johnson these days. Last I heard he was starting to recover, but that was a while ago.

Does a bunch of TV, presenting an "eXtreme Sports" show, DJs abit, and works with Force Industries, an Aussie company making all kinds of good fun toys like skis, snowboards, wakeboards, etc

I met him for the first time at the 97 extremes when he was living in Telluride.

Then when he moved to Crested Butte we worked in Special Projects together with Rusty and Rob Siegel and some hippy from North Carolina...He used to bring his skateboard into work when we had to crawl around on the floor installing baseboards all day. I had no idea at the time that he was such a badass skier. We were never really friends or anything, just a coworker who turned up in magazines and I thought that was cool, then he sort of disappeared.

Who is the guy you’re skiing with these days? Isn’t he some Euro superstar? No matter he rips. Are you guys getting ready for the World Freeski Tour?
