Guys on the Swedespeed site that boast their R's can end up with cracked cylinder walls. So ya, you may pay if you want to play with your cars boast. Errr, unless we're talking a Turbo 997 with a Mezger engine. Then it is all good.

It's certainly possible... Might just start at stage 1 which is software only as see how that goes. The car is already fast, and I'm not going to start doing 5.5k clutch dumps to get 1/4 mile times. Maybe I'll even just leave it how it is... Got into it with a sti the other day and it wasn't close. Would be fun to smoke the occasional C7 though!

The Ferrari 330 P4 is probably my all-time favorite vehicle of ANY type in the world, and has been ever since I was 8 and had a 1 : 12 scale model of one. An incredible piece of machinery...and like any true automotive icon, something MORE than machinery.

I've always loved the Porshe 917 as well, but the P4 tugs at my heart even more. Maybe it's a childhood thing, but the P4 truly IS Beauty meeting Speed.

I used to be, until getting unexpected and tricky to handle yaw at speed in f/r layouts. F/f VWs are tons of fun and f/awd as well. The grip from r/r with a big stagger is almost more stable than any of the above outside a really well engineered mid rwd or front awd layout.

Part of me really wants this 2700 piece 911 GT3 RS Lego set. The detailing looks amazing and it should be considering the 575 page assembly instructions and 10-12 hour assembly time.

I say this now until I spend $300 and a week's worth for free time and then my one year old smashes it on the ground.

Went to see family this weekend and do some Porsche Club of America stuff. Found out that the 356 Registry was having their annual 'holiday' meet about an hour away so we made a day of it. Had a fantastic drive down 'America's Byway' and got to see some absolutely gorgeous examples and hear some really cool stories to go with them.
