It was a fun day... I have better pics... Will upload after I get a chance to see them on the computer.

Note the sweet Golf R in the background. That continues to be an incedibly fun car to drive, and quite an easy car to own.

Edit: this sums up the show's vibe nicely:

The odd thing I found back in the day, was the cops let me slide on a few tickets in the Vette that I received driving the Porsche. What up with dat anyway??
Never in U.S. history has the public chosen leadership this malevolent. The moral clarity of their decision is crystalline, particularly knowing how Trump will regard his slim margin as a “mandate” to do his worst. We’ve learned something about America that we didn’t know, or perhaps didn’t believe, and it’ll forever color our individual judgments of who and what we are.

So, the engine from the Turbo and the kit from a GT3 RS and only 2wd? I'd end up in a wall in short order.

I got curious about the GT2 and did some reading. Is it true that they only made 50 some odd examples of the 993 version?

Holy shit, how much do those things cost now?

About a Million each. But there are only 57 of them.

Unlike the 996 GT2, which was built primarily as a road car, this was produced so they could race. I would do some seriously heinous things for this car.

Want a guards red 996 GT2? Sloan has one.

A million bucks, wow. That's insane but what a great looking car.

How much they want for that 996 GT2? I'm assuming it's in the "if you have to ask..." category.

Beer Drinker I saw this article and thought that it sounds similar to what you do for clients/cars. What would you put this jerkoff in?

At a glance a Volvo, but most likely the trunk.

Wants a remote start on a manual car. Doesn't exist, unless some shop rigs one.

I've seen a handful of videos that show why that's not available stock

Wow that's pretty. Call me crazy, but I think the front looks a bit like a 996 911.

Hey beer drinker, bright green calipers on a panamera, do they have a certain meaning? I've seen a few around Hamburg in the last few days

Also the new Bentley suv is not bad looking until you get to the back. Then it's like discovering a vestigial tail after the pants come off. I'd redo that part

I've got a Bentayga on the way.

Carbon Ceramics have yellow calipers, unless specified a different color on the 918 i.e. acid green.

Acid Green calipers on a Panamera means its a e-hybrid.
