Any thoughts on foreign indexes long term? Was thinking India before I saw this chart. I wonder if the Dax, NKY or some others in the red might be a more interesting choice.

You guys laughed at me when I said lithium a while back. Got into orrp at $1.10 and it's up to ~1.75, not bad. A few others have been slower rising but didn't cost much so what the heck.

I'm long lots of international. Australia, Canada, Emerging (small), International Growth. Hasn't been great. I like Australia and Canada because they are safe livable countries; that's my theme. The dividend used to be good in Australia but has gone down. European multinationals are cheaper than US mulitnationals and they basically do the same thing. global commerce.

GLNCY and CS are the 1-2 holdings in my fund. Been ok lately.

GLNCY just broke above its breakdown gap on the weekly.

if a 2% move in Twitter causes a buy/sell decision...prob not the right stock to trade around.

I own Twitter for what it hopefully can do in the next 5 years, but there's certainly risk. If the range for price in 5 years is 0-60...2% move today doesn't matter. Shit it could drop 5% tomorrow pretty easily.

Side question- is this Bayer/Monsanto deal going through? Huge spread that's awfully juicy but I haven't been following at all

I randomly met a Bayer medical sales rep yesterday who said it's a done deal but could be she was clueless.

Good-looking older lady (i.e. my exact age) at the bar sipping a martini. Melissa. I left her in the charge of the doctor sitting on the other side of her, he seemed to want her more.

As someone with a somewhat checkered past, I can confirm that this is absolutely the case, but I don't know that a lot of them stayed in that line of business for long. I'd be amazed to find a 35+ rep, but I've been away from that world for a while now...
