Doubt people are going to start selling them for less than $9ea. They are probably going to try and ask top dollar.
What does that leave CA with for semi-auto battle rifles that you can buy? The SKS? Anyone making a reliable modern semi-auto that is stripper-clip fed?
I see hydraulic turtles.
Stripper clips were banned as well.
Let's not forget that these new laws apply to your 10/22 as well. Fucking stupid.

Stretched the legs on a few rifles today out to 600 yards. Had a 12"x12" steel plate on the hillside in the background.
It's FS, and yes we had a spotter watching the ridge and listening for motorcycle traffic. The area we were in sees very little access and we had clear line of sight within 200 yards of every direction of the target and could see the ridgeline from the road access point all the way to the target. Someone would have to wander 1/2 mile from the road down and up a steep draw, through brush, along a ridgeline and then down climb 150 yards of loose shale and grass to get to where the plate was... not to mention we were shooting precision rifles, so the a "miss" on the target meant we were 3" high or low. No rapid fire from the hip in the general direction of the target was taking place.
Also, no hiking trails in the area and we weren't shooting over any roads, trails, active logging areas or navigable bodies of water. There were no user trails or dispersed campsites on the ridgeline.
