Can't see your video.
My old man would say an Ali fight, and it would probably be hard to argue with that, but I've only ever seen highlights and heard stories. In my lifetime, the best fight I've seen live (on TV) was the first Gatti-Ward fight.
Remind me. We'll send him a red cap and a Speedo.
Reloaded the video. Gatti-Ward is hard to argue with, especially since I love Ward. But I'll take this one. All of the Hagler-Antuofermo bouts were epic too.
Holmes vs Norton 1978. Maybe not the best ever, but a great fight, especially for heavyweights. They just stood toe-to-toe and pounded on each other for 15 rounds
Marvelous Marvin Hagler was a bad bad man.
"fuck off you asshat gaper shit for brains fucktard wanker." - Jesus Christ
"She was tossing her bean salad with the vigor of a Drunken Pop princess so I walked out of the corner and said.... "need a hand?"" - Odin
"everybody's got their hooks into you, fuck em....forge on motherfuckers, drag all those bitches across the goal line with you." - (not so) ill-advised strategy
I was never much of a boxing fan. But the fights that stick out in my mind are Hunt/Bigfoot 1, Griffin/Bonner 1, Shogun/Henderson.
I think you pretty much nailed it for the best MMA fights ever, you could argue for days about which one of those three was actually the best. all 3 were absolute wars..
only fight I might add to that list is Silva/Sonnen
haha, saw your name and figured you'd link a hockey fight. So here's one (a couple actually):
Well, if we're going there....
well, alright then. Thread over.
