Everyone goes 5 miles over the limit and camps in the left lane all day because they think that's fast enough for anybody and they're only going to another part of Wisconsin, so what's the rush? I don't tailgate but I've been known to pass 40 cars at once on the right in that state.

I despise most drivers in this state and everywhere for that matter for exactly these reasons. Move to the right unless you are passing someone. If I'm going to speed and chance a ticket, then let me, it's not doing anything to them but piss me off.
