Well girls don't poop so there some of your problem solved.
People should learn endurance; they should learn to endure the discomforts of heat and cold, hunger and thirst; they should learn to be patient when receiving abuse and scorn; for it is the practice of endurance that quenches the fire of worldly passions which is burning up their bodies.

I think this is a good jump-off point as we head into page 10. Lots of discussion topics here.

Well it's not. These kids growing up with trans kids are going to be way more accepting and open as a generation than we are if we allow them to be. Deephelmets kid is growing up with a trans friend.

So, in 20 years, when this question is asked of these kids that will be young adults, how do you think they will answer?

It's not a "trans" issue," the OP article was about someone claiming they identified as female when they were clearly still living as a male. There's a very important distinction. Since the man in question wasn't arrested it's clear this well-intentioned law is rather vague. The way I see it is that the only way to fully address the issue in the future is to have, as someone (Danno?) suggested, a common locker room with private individual changing areas and unisex single bathrooms/showers.

I assumed that the incident in question was actually some kind of lame ass publicity stunt performed by an opponent of the well intentioned law.

I've always marveled at the thought that blind people would be able to find the small bathroom sign to get to the braille reading in the first place

If they had a service dog, it could find the doorway and then they would have a start to feel.

Also some people can see big shapes/color/light and dark but it's too blurry to read.

The kinds of bird dogs they use have pretty good eyesight though... probably just reads the braille from a distance.

Never did I think there'd be a day when I'd log into TGR and see 9 pages of banter culminating in pics of the men's locker room.

    I think it's a metaphor or something.

People at the YMCA, or the community pool. Places that you don't have to pay several thousand dollars just to have the privilege of paying over 100 dollars a month...

Like heteronormative cisgender males and females?

    That's a mouthful.

Not a good enough picture to determine if it's a trans though.

Is it right for the state to force private businesses to go pay for that? Extra square footage to build / lease, extra construction costs, extra ongoing maintenance, extra heating / cooling for the larger building, all for something that the overwhelming majority of the population doesn't need? And if businesses don't pay for it, who does? The taxpayer? User fees for Transgendered people?
