Ha, it's been years and people are still figuring that out. It's been a while, we should meet up on a skintrack.

Just spent the last hour going through every page, by far my favorite thread on here. Awesome stuff, especially as I sit here in my office on a 65 degree Friday afternoon.

All I can offer are a few cell phone shots from the east coast, pales in comparison to most of the stuff on here both in terms of terrain and photo quality

Contra, love that 2nd to last one. Although, it suspiciously looks like a down track

They look slightly familiar, was Randoman part of this?

Thanks! All but the last 3 are from a trip I did to Icefall Lodge (TR in TR forum). Last 3 are from last week north of Pemberton, BC. Don't know who Randoman is. Does he wear spandex?

His real name is Brian Harder, but I'm quite sure he'll answer to Randoman I think he usually goes for the Dynafit onesie.

One of the best threads on TGR. Thank you, everyone.

I'm honestly considering printing some of these shots so I can frame them for my house. There is so much story that causes pause when seeing a skin line.

Near the 6500 foot top of same 2000 foot run. Progression of the day. On solo lap 4 of 5 from about 8am to 6pm, June 3, 2014. Never spent that amount of time on the same run in a day. Pretty cool to really feel the evolution of the snow feel as the day did its thing, from before first light to the fall of darkness.

Moving from skin track on far skier's right to left:
    1. too firm/frozen
    2. almost there
    3. ahhh, the perfect corn window
    4. past prime but still fine, snow a bit punchy in spots
    5. had to use prebuilt road lap #4 skin track...full schmoo punchy dogshit
