I'm a pretty relaxed and easy going person, the work environment is relaxed, etc. This would probably be a better job for someone who maybe has a little less experience but is in for the long-haul and wants to learn how to run a successful e-commerce business.

It is actually a pretty good wage for the area where we are located, about $4-5 an hour over the average wage and $2-3 an hour over a lot of the other "professional" jobs. Lots of jobs around here pay $12 an hour with only 20 hours per week.

Honestly, I'm looking for more of an entry level type person just out of college or maybe even someone who did a year or two in college and wants to live in a mountain town. This probably isn't the right job if you're in the middle of a career. Probably better for someone just starting out.

She had a family melt-down of epic proportions and needs to move back to her home state to be closer to family.

Start date would be the 14th of December.
