[INDIAN] CANNABIS BAN IS ELITIST. IT SHOULD GO: TATHAGATA SATPATHY

    https://in.newshub.org/cannabis-ban-...-14405999.html

We are the US of the '50s and the '60s. We are wannabes. The thinking is that if you hold a wine glass people will consider you belong to the upper class. You roll a joint and people will call you `charsi'. It is an elitist bias. It was during Rajiv Gandhi's time that the Indian state was most elitist.A pilot married to a foreigner and forced into something he was not interested in.Indira Gandhi was not elitist in that manner. Cannabis suffered a ban because it was an intoxicant of the poor.
India legalizing recreational would be HUDGE.

And on the other side of the world, Chile is clipping buds for sick folks. Re-upped from Amsterdam with what sounds like clones.

The harvest on Tuesday comes after the country's first planting of pot for medical uses in October 2014. It is the work of a municipality in the capital of Santiago and by the Daya Foundation, a nonprofit group that sponsors pain-relieving therapies.

Oil extracted from about half of some 850 plants imported from the Netherlands will be given to 200 patients in the coming months.

Yeah, might be my favorite. I really enjoy the blue dream also. I had a little taste of the grape god yesterday and that was nice also. There's a theme building here

I was scurred to buy Durban Poison thinking it would be crack-like, but that's turned out to be fine for being social/productive uses. Critical strains are hudge in Spain so I snagged a little critical mass to better understand our Spanish brethren. That is a heavy hitter, some of the more dense nugs I've come across and a wonderful mellow buzz without too much eye-closing effect. Will be looking to investigate more in the Critical gene pool where possible.

Found out that purple cotton kush gives the lady friend tingles.. so I will be reserving that exclusively for her in the future. That makes three strains we've found deep in the kush/indy end of the spectrum that not only help the lady sleep but also give a very nice body buzz (read: aphrodisiac). Other confirmed strains there are Maple Leaf & Lavender G-13 (thanks uncle sam!). Weed is awesome.

    http://time.com/3815608/marijuana-legalization/

"The upside? We no longer arrest 12,000 people every year for possessing marijuana in Washington state. Those are 12,000 people who kept their jobs, went to college, supported their kids, and enjoyed happy and productive lives. State-licensed pot farmers have driven illegal growers out of the state. Mexican cartel pot has no market here. Thousands of new jobs have been created. We’ve seen no pot-inspired crime wave, no mass conversion of citizens into stoners. Parents know more about pot than we did two years ago; when we talk to our kids about avoiding it, we come from a place of knowledge, not fear. My family is safer and healthier because marijuana is regulated and legal."

"If you want to experience the gains, visit us out here in safe, sane, and regulated Washington State. Come see how we’re thriving. And see what the rest of America has to lose."
