What's the verdict for tomorrow and Saturday?

NOAA predicting 3-7" overnight for Mansfield and an additional 2-4" during the day.

Does anyone know how much coverage they had on the trails at Stowe earlier in the week?

I happened to drive by Smugg's and Stowe on Wednesday, temps were pretty warm, here's a bad picture from the road.

    Funneh^^

33.6` and 0.0" of new snow bob. Gary said the storm broke up but northern NH got some snow. Looking out the window the snow line looks to start approx. 100' higher.

I forgot to add, the polar vortex is back, not happy with this.

FKNA Smuggs or Stowe??? So hard to choose.

Thinking stowe might have better cover due to prior snowmaking but damn that picture looks tasty!

I made it up to Mid-Burke yesterday and snapped a few pics. Most work is occurring in the basement of the Hotel right now. This scene should be a bit more white today.

Hope this burns off as early as possible for the workday but last minute volunteers still welcome.

8:30am in the lodge... 9am is the chair ride up.

Forecast is looking good for lunch on the deck and beers after.

What was the mountain ops vibe and skier traffic like at Stowe today? I imagine its going to be an overgrown sledding hill tomorrow.

Got there around one and not many people on the hill. I saw a lot more people climbing up when I was headed down.

    quad

I think I won the prize for skinniest skis on the mountain today
