Promoters that show up to their own shows an hour late, when you're there on time waiting on their ass to do them a favor.

G Prep kids have been doing that one for a few years now, I never really thought about it much but your post spurred me to do the research:

    Still annoying though.

The latest cheer from the bandwagon. Colbert did a bit about the last minute loss to Portugal with a bar full of people screaming that cheer and he asked if we could identify the moment they scored. Funny.

Ha ha... my mother's bff is Greek and her parents owned a diner in Cleveland. We have a bunch of their old dishware in our VT cabin that we use... shit is indestructible.

All the good pizza joints around here were Greek, too. WHOP was, but is now owned by Albanians. As a teen, I worked at Famous Pizza in Framingham which was owned by and supported five Greek brothers/families. I learned a lot of good Greek there, lol...

haha, the WHOP, haven't been there in years. Even when I lived there we didn't go there that much because we thought Danny's, Mark's, Peter's, ABC and Nick's were all better…and all owned by Greeks.

That town has always had a shitload of pizza, I just looked it up, there's 11 pizza places there, 13 if you count California Pizza and Bertucci's.

Idiots who mountain bike with external speakers. No, I don't want to hear your shitty music. Also, idiots who stop in the middle of the trail to fiddle with their iPod while blocking the WHOLE GODDAMN THING.

I'm not surprised. If you're Greek there's really only two career paths available: Restaurant owner or Massachusetts politician.

It gets worse, I went on a ride with my buddy and his cousin showed up (whom I had never met) pulling that shit. If she wasn't cute and I had met her before I would have said something, I tried to just laugh it off and I made fun of her good-naturedly. But fuck, it was the worst, luckily I couldn't really hear it because we would ride ahead of the girls. The.absolute.worst.though. I've encountered douche bags hiking in the Wasatch doing the same thing. Before portable speakers one of my best friends use to just scream at people when their cell phone would go off "Cell phone in nature, cell phone in nature!!!!" - it was awesome.

I would go as far as to say it's common here. People do it hiking, skiing, biking, whatever. Leave your noise at home.

There's a 20 something dude in my town that rides all over BLARING music on his bike...pop hits too. I can hear it clearly INSIDE my house.

I always expect to see a convertible Mustang driving by when I look, but get a good laugh when it's just a bike.

He also has multicolored LEDs all over his bike...pretty awesome actually.
