Hexo+ autonomous drone kickstarter developed by Xavier De Le Rue

Just in case you guys didn't see it, Xavier De Le Rue is involved with making the new hexo+ auto drone on kickstarter. Not slated to come out for a year, but certainly looks pretty legit. I just wish it had object avoidance (will probably be in future firmware releases), but 2.2 pounds isn't too bad and apparently it can fly 45mph. I'm not sure how small it folds up but I am sure Xavier wants to be able to trek it into wherever he goes so I am guessing it couldn't be too big for a daypack? I emailed the company to get the folded size and can report back when I hear.

Anyway, I am not affiliated in any way, just stoked for the next generation of drones. I backed this last night at full price so am pretty excited about this one.

Sheeit, I don't do UAV work, but with those specs, I'd think DARPA would be interested.
We heard you in our twilight caves, one hundred fathom deep below, for notes of joy can pierce the waves, that drown each sound of war and woe.
