Discovering a water stain on the foyer ceiling which led me to discover a rotted out drain pipe in the master bathroom sink. No problem, buy a replacement and put the new sucker in. Turn off the shut off valves under the sink for good measure. They start leaking. Run down 3 flights of stairs to the basement and turn shut off valves to the bathroom. Then they start leaking. Spent more time replacing gaskets in shut off valves than replacing the fucking drain pipe. And my foyer ceiling is still shitstained. Diluted bleach helped a little. Winning in 2014.

I only transact with (buying or selling to) people who actually contribute to TGR. There are so many people trolling for gear, and always have been ever since Gear Swap was started.

I hear ya, I just got complacent. I have bought 2 pairs of skis and 2 pairs of boots here and everything has gone like clockwork.
The guy did email me back. So hopefully this will just be an annoyance.
