or better, post your tee time here and add some pressure to a pressure shot. Play it for a hard fade.

You can watch me pure one down the gut on 1 at noon on 12/29. We are walking, with caddies, playing tips...going to put up a monster number just out of fear. Also, there is a 100% chance I go right on 10...100%.

Managed to get in 27 holes at Mimosa Hills in Morganton, NC on Wed. Great Donald Ross track. 77-33, first time playing since Nov 1 and it looks to be the last for awhile, it's finally snowing again!

    cranked - mildly jealous.

The wife is giving me a fulls set of clubs and woods for Xmas but wanted me to get fitted and pick'em out. I know I asked about 20 pages back, but can you guys toss some recs my way again. MP 59s/69s? Obviously subjective, but want to fondle a few recommendations for sure.

I think my bro's bridgestone J36 combo's are nice (3/4 pocket cavity 5/6/7 cavity 8/9/P blade) they were made at Miura IIRC and look an awful lot like the new Nike VR combo set (if you're not a nike hater)

Golftec has a HUGE database to match your swing with recco's, seems like a good setup if you have an open mind... have fun, I'm jealous!

Thanks for the heads up on Golftec. Will check it out.

And I love the graduated iron sets. I have some old Hogan FTX's that are like that (more blady than most down to the 3 and 4 tho) and really dig them. I will check out the bridgestones. I switched to their ball, may as well try the sticks.

While you're in that part of the market, keep an eye out for older Tourstage irons, same factory. That's what i'm hitting, same setup as the J36, bit narrower topline. I'd check out the new Titty 712's too...
