Who among us could've predicted that a guy with the screen name "The Cock" would turn out to be a Cock after all? Shocking...

You have to know that's not right. It doesn't matter what point you think you're scoring here, you don't belittle someone else's horrific accident. I don't even know T.C., but reading the updates about that situation as it was happening was harrowing. And, to his credit, he's made it back.

Anyway, it seems northern Vermont is coming along nicely. Glad to see folks are out there breaking the season in. It might even be time for me to stop pretending to be a skier on the internet and actually leave the house. Ski ballet is still very popular, yes?

This actually made me laugh, because if you met TC in person, I'm guessing you would quiet down in a hurry. First, because he is a pretty laid back, fun dude to be around, and second, because his biceps are probably the same diameter as your legs.

Sugarloaf was sick! Knee to thigh deep all day. Numerous pitches of untracked. Not the lightest snow on earth but legit deep powder day! Been a long time since I had one of those!
Thanks to ticket checker for the grand tour and for finding the fresh! Special thanks for the run before lunch. We traversed out to Haulback and hit it just before lunch and found it almost completely untracked - left and right sides went the whole way! Incredible! Best run of the day.
Thanks esales09 for the effort and saving the day with the Macgyver action on my bindings - huge effort. Many beers will bestowed upon you.
First day on my Lotus 120's - FKNA. Best powder ski I have ever skied. Game changer for me and an incredible experience
Lost power and the whole mountain shut down. Lifts stop and we got stuck in the middle of Skyline. Not going to confirm the fact that some jumped but if they did it saved a good half hour wait!
The Loaf delivered. Well worth the trip! More to come this weekend! If the Loaf gets this next storm it is all open after that! Looks like mid winter up there! Game on.
Stoke meter on high! Here it comes boys and girls. The East Coast is going to get its due this season! I can feel it.

Cock you are a douche and stupid. TC is hands down in the top ten ski bros I have ever had the pleasure to spend a pow day with with and a solid man, husband and father. And you fucktard are a fucking buzz kill and have shown yourself to be a poor excuse for a man. GTFO or STFU. Please.

If you want to threaten someone I am right here tough guy! Bring it!

I like reading this thread as I'll chase the occasional EC storm... I REALLY hope you get some snow and soon so the drama subsides.

Hopefully we get some snow out this tomorrow. After a tough windblown day at cannon on monday and not being able to get out of work to head to Maine, hopefully Saturday morning early will be good. New England Weather Works put out a map last night that looked like this storm would be nice to whites.

Got a chance to spend some time on the skin track yesterday at the local ski hill here in N. Central Vt. Only a few folks out for some tricky but very fun storm skiing. Definitely variable, but where the wind had deposited the new snow, the snizzle crust was barely felt.

The upper mountain is starting to fill in quite nicely. The most recent storm was an excellent "base building" event.

My fault. Had the new to me lotus 120's mounted with DynaLook plates and forgot the brakes were not bent and we did not have the right length machined screws for the rear two holes of the heal piece. Ooops. My poor planning! Know your gear - rule 101. Esales09 dove in to the project from years of experience in the race circuit and came up with a solution that worked slicker than shit! We were up to 3am though and that eliminated the morning skin! He eliminated the brakes and a couple other parts but bindings still functioned and the day was saved. Esales is my hero! The day was phat! I actually got out there with no dings to the boards which never happens on a pow day! Stoked!
Wish you were there Rog would have been fun. But we will do that soon. Snow!
