Frankenstorm? Advanced vibes going out to all who will be affected by this Holloween monster.

Sorry Matt, as I said yesterday, don't feel like driving 10 hours for some turns. You have your $2 slice, good shows and AsianChickas at the climbing gym. I get free pizza all summer, ski out, ski in and can go for a bike ride right out the door, wish there were some Asian chickas around .

Sure was nice out last night, short sleeve weather, Barred Owls hooting and a nice moon.

Rog, we missed you at Ullrfest (amongst many others who were unable to come).

Like I said, I had a special prize for you...:

And Nihiles, not only does this look like you, it looks like something you would wear:

Nice. They deserve at least a normal winter.

I just might be able to do that. I won't be able to put in a full day. Finishing up some painting/caulking before winter. I'll shoot you a text in the am and figure out some details.

no good surf till thursday at the earliest. wind, wind, wind, and unruly storm surf is what we usually get with these big close ones. no surf this weekend either.

BD! thanx for the sweet sentiment, fitting fer sure

fuck this october warm brown ground snowstorm. never a good thing when it hapens this early. late oct 05' is a perfect example. no snow for months afterwards. now if we got like 6 feet and it stuck around as some sort of base somewhere, that'd be kinda cool. it's fall, not winter, let's let the ground freeze 1st, ma nature.

    nice biking lately.

Seriously. I just pulled the MTB out of the basement today to ride with some co-workers... Been too long. But I've been training on the road bike a lot and racing cross - helps pass the time till the snow flies.

MTB ride soon? Maybe hit up the BCT for a few hour ride?

i hate to say it... but i agree with Rog here. october bombs haven't portended good winters recently. esp when the bombs are tropical in origin.

i'd rather just get our usual dustings and whatnot... but who knows really. could just be an anomaly

    edit to add:

I am also down for this. Heard good things about that stuff.

Hopefully actually riding XC for my first time in my life this summer will result me not getting my ass kicked as badly. Who am I kidding, you'll always kick my ass. I'll be sticking to the excuse of my bike being too heavy and shitty.

Skiing? What's that? After last season I just started assuming that it mountain biking season year round except for a few days when inconveniently and I'm forced to go ski.

Wait, this is a ski forum you say?!

....and I can't do Sunday morning, but I could do Sunday afternoon. You still off Monday? I'm free pretty much all day Monday. Willowdale or HP rip maybe?
