Sweet Mani shot, TC. I always love the open canvas look from the west side.

A little light lifting on the Revolution with GMVS. One of the kids said Adam J. is "old man strong." I asked when do you get to be "old man strong?" He answered, "Once you have kids." So I got that going for me now.

This is part of how you get "old man strong." Pedal the kid and trailer up the Northfield trails. Many thanks to Brooke, DaveVT and crew!

Thanks atkinson- I always enjoy your shots. The west side is indeed a broad canvas. My house sits right under the shadow of bear claw and North chin so its a view I get to enjoy often.

Thanks, I just put the slightly higher res version up. Of course I was wishing I was on top of some snow skiing, this was a consolation prize, next time we will trade notes.

Awesome shot! I was up this past weekend (left on Sunday) to get shots and this makes me sooo jealous I didn't stick around to catch the white! Nice work!

Great pics, TC... Makes for nice wallpaper.

You should start a foliage thread in the Photo forum with those. (Petric's might have a couple to throw in there, too.)

I like to refer to such scenarios as "advanced product testing." I believe that day I was testing rocker thresholds.

    TC - sic pic.

    Nice stoke all.

goin into 3rd season on my 181 k2 backlashes with marker tour f12. bindings are pretty much brandy new 2nd year model since the 1st gen sucked donkey balls and were warranteed. skis are bomber.

oh and of course my skinny xcd stuff for local hill/dale.

    you?

surf in the am btw. windswell growing all day with a very light north wind to glass things off and maybe only leave a bit of warble. will be tucked in all cozy near nubble. place stays clean with north and even ne winds.

    gav try that board yet?

    SICK shots TC!!!

I see that the Stoke machine is on! v6 is delivering thus far.

Woke up in grey knob monday morning to a blanket of white, managed to catch 10 minutes of a breathtaking sunrise before the fog rolled in. Great weekend to be up high with the lady

I’m pretty tired of this CA brown we have had going on since July, on a positive note, it’s going to rain for the first time in literally 5 months tomorrow (maybe).

Nice shots, the snowliage is always a great time of year if you can catch it quick enough. Im due for a trip to VT to stock up on the trifecta of beers, alchemist, lawsons and hill. Just looking for an excuse, maybe some turns friday morning followed by beer.

hey, got nothing to do sunday and was thinking of going up mansfield and walking the ridge, is it worth it what with it being a ski hill that has a toll road to the top? or better off going to mt washington? which i guess also has a road to the top..

Not sure what you mean by "worth it." Are you asking if the ski area infrastructure cheapens the experience? I'd say no. Pretty pictures from internet:

i've never hiked up a mountain that had a parking lot on top, on paper it sounds kinda lame so i'm just wondering if that's the case or not
