Is there a separate thread for videos?

Spent the evening playing with the GoPro, GorillaPod, and YelliScreamy.

Rode it three times this week. It's a tough climb of 2 or 3 miles, then a descent I just love because it combines some of everything, some steeps, some twisty, bermed up sections, a few jumps (some are just oversized waterbars, some have been built up) and it ends with a short, techy piece. I decided to go far left on teh short, techy piece in order to hit a small drop off, a couple of feet, which I utterly failed to land due to wimping out and taking it without enough spped to clear the soft, loose sand below it. That resulted in my first trail rash of the season.

The leg was not bad at all, but it's a bit worse on the arm, scraped from wrist to shoulder. Minor injuries are good, they teach humility at a relatively low cost.

Sweet! This is the proper use of a testosterone/genetic material laden pre-teenage male bed cover.

Got out to Valmont in Boulder yesterday for the first time. That place is fuckin' fun for a little baby urban bike park. Nothing special, but the wife got a few half decent ones:

Moved back to summit and forgot how shitty the trails are around here. People didn't seem to be to concerned with the thunderstorm on Saturday. Our ride turned into a lolly instead of a 8.
