While the GSA's orange luster is certainly magnificent, I sit and ponder at the acquired sheen of an early onset, or juxtaposed, late spring outer layer. His coat ever evolving based on seasonal change. The gospel only insinuates guidance here. If I may....

That video will have 1,000,000 views before the suns rays bid the day hello. Brother cumicon I hope you are ready for the USA today appearances that will be requested and the benedictions from the holy church of youtube video monetization that will flow to you.

Indeed, brother LeeLau you speak the truth.

This magnificent display has humbled me greatly.

It appears Brother Cumicon was on several occasions close enough to reach out and actually touch the blessed garments of the GSA. As tempting as it may have been to experience the strength and healing afforded by the Harness, the power of such contact is unpredictable and incomprehensible, and I commend the self-control and respect demonstrated by Cumicon. This is truly an era of Enlightenment for us all.

    Or can we....

    Behold! It speaks!

I also heard the word "Troll", or "Patrol" (please GSA, PLEASE let it be patrol)

I noted the ski pole probe test, and a ski cut as he dropped in from the cat track. He also dropped in first, before his crew, potentially placing Himself in the path of the white death while his crew waited safely above. He correctly deemed the moguls of Rabbit Tracks to be safe for him and his followers. This, along with the way he owned that bootpack, the nonchalant way he carried his skis in one hand, his cautious yet confident slope stability assesment; clearly mags in AK can expect him in the spring.

I must say that I expected this to be a weekend only sighting. Is the GSA on vacation? What does this say about the possibility of future sightings here, or elsewhere?
    The mind reels....

Brother Cumicon braved great danger. Risking the possibility of making eye contact with the blessed one. To do so would surely mean the end of mere mortals such as ourselves. Notice as pack animals fled from his presence, cowed in the presence of such greatness.

    I believe.

One day, this thread will be preserved as an archive of skiing history. Amazing.

After rappelling downstairs from the bannister and anchoring into the leg of my desk, I'm filled with joy as I witness the power of transformation of the GSA. A singular thread that transcends post counts, that transcends time (seriously). Other threads being mere mortal mediocrity after basking in the divinity of this thread (unless adorned with powder, nakedness, maybe a slackline). The GSA has done the impossible... cast upon us serenity. Glory to Cumicon. Glory to the all skiing, all snowing GSA.

All hail Cumicon, first among the unworthy. Thou was fortunate to have not incurred the wrath of GSA for having shown yourself in his presence on your board. Thou art both stealthy and brave.

The essence of GSA in video form has me flailing in a complete loss of control and talking in tongues.

Many prayers to Cumicon and Clownshoe , two of the apostles .

I have finished viewing this documentation of GSA ...........I'm amazed .....

Notice at 11:07 GSA is not phased , nor does he notice the racing avalanche rescue dog and one of Clownshoe the Apostles brothers speeding by him ........ He just calmly adjusts his go-pro's , presses the record buttons , and prepares to drop in ........

Cumicon , your tracking abilities are exceptional .

After seeing this thread and seeing the GSA for myself, and after drinking copious amounts of Australian rum while soaking in a hot tub...

...I was inspired by Him and had to share with all here....

P.S. I am apparently not quite worthy yet to post attachments, but I feel so strongly I am pasting the link here so I can share my conversion experience.

    Great point.
It is like when the Nazi scientists in the Indiana Jones movies try to touch something that is beyond what their feeble minds can understand that has powers that they cannot comprehend yet Indy & Cumicon have wisdom not to trifle with these things. Also thank you Cumicon for adjusting the white balance on your camera as it must have been blindingly bright when the GSA "dropped in"

My life changed today as I was blessed to bear witness to His greatness not once but TWICE on Whistler mountain, not far from the hallowed ground of Rabbit Tracks.

As I was nearing the top of Harmony chair, shortly after the skies parted at His wish to reveal the sun, I was yet blinded by the sight of an orange climbing harness. I fumbled in an attempt to retrieve my phone to take a picture, almost dropping it in the snow, and when I looked back up, He was already pushing off for a descent of the gnar of Little Whistler.

My heart raced with the realization of the greatness I had just seen. Not an hour later, I caught another glimpse of the GSA, swiftly battling the crud of the Harmony liftline trees, content to leave fresh lines elsewhere in the region for his followers. Again, I was unable to document the event, however it will remain burned in my mind's eye for all eternity.

I would like to give thanks to cumicon for the great risk he took, and the amazing strength he had to keep such a pace with the GSA as he breezed easily up the bootpack, passing other hikers and skinners alike.

I will again be on Whistler mountain tomorrow, although I may not be an apostle, I intend to continue following his great teachings, beginning with morning prayers on Rabbit Tracks.

It was amazing to see that he walks just like me, one foot in front of the other. That he clicks into his skis one at a time just like the rest of us.

What magnificent treasures hath he inside his backpack? I postulate that he hath a quiver full of magic arrows to shoot into the sky to make the snow fall from the heavens.

Thank you cumicon! When will your knighting ceremony take place?

excellent work, hard going to, but GSA is really in no hurry at the end, I guess divinity has its perquisites

a side note, what board are you riding, is it NATIV ?
