There were definitely pockets that ripped and slid, but I'm not sure that the whole thing went. You could see debris in the Going Home chute and looker's right of the big cave. Nearly all of the Football Field went with a ridgetop bomb at the boundary.

DPS Demo tour coming to moonlight and private demos at BBowl this weekend!
Demo tour camper is parked outside my house! It must be a sign that I need to try some. Yo dudes, if you need a beer or anything, just knock on my door, it's the red house your parked in front of, feel free to camp out all winter for all I care.

Gotta love those evening classes and the full blown Tue., Thurs. schedule. MSU wants to make sure you can ski at least 5 days a week...

    Today was fun.

The fresh snow was really creamy and did a great job of softening up the mountain. Slushman's still felt kinda hard (especially on southern exposure) but north was a lot of fun.

Hair trigger cornices were forming pretty fast so be careful out there in the days to come.

    single:

    Sat: 9-4
    Sun: 9-4
    Mon: 12-4
    Tues: 9-1:30
    Wed: 12-4
    Thur: 9-1:30
    Fri: probably no skiing

That's a fun little shot. Was the traverse small enough to not cunt up a high speed exit? Looks like it's filled in pretty nice for a 48" base. Jealous.

The traverse wasn't bad, except for there being 2 of them in a row for some reason.

    A couple more shots

And thanks for the reminders to work on my form How much longer can I survive skiing like that? My number must almost be up.

I swear I've seen more poor saps in the ditch this winter than any other I can recall, perhaps the meager snowfall has lulled too many folks into thinking that equates a dry/non-icy highway.

Man I hope montanaskier is wrong; if you know how to drive on snowy/icy roads with front wheel drive yes, if not get a 4wd and let's all hope you'll need it.

    C'mon ole man winter!!!

    EDIT

Oh yeah base I ran into your pops AGAIN, shoot me a pm so we can hook up and ski with the groms some weekend, hully-gully is now open
