Nice pics, Tone...looks like you've been having fun and finding the scenic, soft sidecountry snow...what a difference taking a little walk can do. The skiing just gets bigger and bigger with the access from Schlasman's. Things have been getting skied a lot as a clear view shows from the highway...hopefully folks keep their wits about them when we get the next snowfall of more than an inch or two and heed standard etiquette like one at a time, stopping in safer zones etc...not a whole lot of that on Sunday on Saddle (although it was a holiday weekend which probably contributed to the cluelessness). Granted, the slide danger is not as great with all the skier compaction and lack of a big load, but bad habits can creep up on peeps. Your dad is an inspiration... I hope I'm mountain biking and skiing like him 20 years from now! Glad you showed him some goods!

I totally agree, Wille. With the access comes a great responsibility.

Lots of potential for bad things when we get signifigant snow or wind again.

well right now you can start planning for massive dumps the first and third weeks of march.
those are the weeks lumberg has chosen to send me to san antonio to install software for a client and go someplace for database training. sweet.

183got, consider them marked. I thought buying new pow skis would appease the gods, but nay.

NSR (just passing time till the drought ends)

I guess until we get more snow I am content to play "Where the hell is that picture of Tone's" (nice to see you are finding the goods) or just stay away from Bridger Bump Bowl till it snows again.

On a side note today we saw a dog stomp a truly spectacular line and give it big props for just getting to where we saw him. A real badass canine. And the guys that hit it killed it too.

    Pray for snow!

The Kid thought this would be really fun with some pow.

Psst. I told your mom how fast you were going-she says you are barred from the sled. haha

It was even icy under this snow.

50% accuracy so far from that 183 Goats AT fella. I'll take that over any actual weather forecast mentioning snow this year.

Right on dude. I'm counting on your predictions for next week as well. Anyone have fun today?

How much was actually piled up at Bridger today? There was considerably more at the Tram than the 4" BigSky was reporting..
    Stay left.

It was over 4 inches at mid mountain by the time the lifts started spinning. Slushman's and D Route stayed closed in case anyone feels ambitious. Things weren't schralped too hard in general today. Tomorrow AM should be nice.

I got the second-hand account from Lexi-Bell that you had quite the snow-covered perma-grin on your face yesterday afternoon. That was all the motivation I needed to make sure my ass was up there first this this morning.

    See y'all up there!

Sick video, but I was hoping for some footage from the Slushman's lift line/junk show.
