Kewl. Mike's out 'til after lunch tomorrow, so it would be good to ski with some of you guys.

Melsnow, I was with my... friend... today and felt really bad skiing fast, so we lost you guys within a couple hundred yards of the first run.

I'll see you guys up there in the AM. I'll be on the same set up (all black and Buddha Explosivs).

Discovered a delam this morning in the Explosivs (), so that was not my setup. I saw MELSNOW from the chair on 2 and some other guy on new yellow BROs in green and orange on the way to 6 but never caught up to any of you guys.

Mike and I hit the FSSSSP (Freestyle super sickter shred park), and I got some photos.

    See y'all on Turkey Day.

    Lovin' the squatch tag.

You gotta hike a few steps to hit the [one] jump. Start from the rope line and skate into it with maybe two strides, and you'll hit the loooong, smooooov, money transition. Steep landing, but icy as shit late in the day from gapers scraping it off after landing.

(Disclaimer: I did beater a 180 and slide about 100 feet, so I may be included in that "gaper" category).

Go skiing, Squatch. It's fun. I'm pretty confident that even you could have a good time up there, particularly on some 777s or particularly 724s with sharp edges.

Y'all be careful out there now.
Gapers, apparently, can now just ban anyone they want for any reason at Loveland.

    See ya tomorrow!

Hey guys, sorry about that rope limiting the run-in. I spoke with a guy I saw ducking the rope to get further uphill. He said the rope needed to be move up higher, so I asked for the rope to be moved uphill more and was told it was already moved up earlier that morning and that it was "high enough."

Did you ask him to hit it and demonstrate?

Honeslty I've never seen Loveland do anything right in the park arena. This year I went on one box (the sidewalk) and it gripped my skis so hard I just about forward face planted.

They just don't get it. I guess that's ok, except for the people that get hurt because the features aren't really safe...

The skier that ducked the rope to get uphill had me watch the next skier, who didn't jump far enough for a smooth landing. I totally understand the desire for a longer approach, which is why I made the request to move the rope higher. That said, I'm not the one that makes the calls, and I am one that is supposed to enforce rope rules.

Oh, and I don't really care about having a good park. To me, that's not skiing. I don't doubt the terrain park sucks at Loveland.

i like that they moved the park away from chair 6. also, some of the features could use a paint job, unless you all are going for the ghetto steeze.
