Anyone heading up friday? Could possibly need a ride. I live in Evergreen so I can meet anyone heading up from as far west as Idaho Springs.

i'll be going on friday, but unless some more new stuff is open, it will only be for 3-4 hours, like from 10-2. i am getting real tired of dodging those fucking jong racers from park city. their coach is a real asshole too.

Might have been me. Green hat, green pants on a pair of old hippy stinx? Depending on work, may head back over from WP tomorrow. (If it snows)

I'll be there tomorrow making packed powder 11s. I'll be rockin grey old school line motherships, bright red jacket, bright blue pants. Say hi.

Ray, hit me up if you are going. Mir, Tania is coming home the 18th. I can try to get that gear to you before she comes back if you need it sooner.

Powder snow skiing is not fun. It’s life, fully lived, life lived in a blaze of reality. What we experience in powder is the original human self, which lies deeply inside each of us, still undamaged in spite of what our present culture tries to do to us. Once experienced, this kind of living is recognized as the only way to live–fully aware of the earth and the sky and the gods and you, the mortal, playing among them. Dolores LaChapelle

I only got to get in a couple of hours worth, and had to head in for a call during that time, but it was well worth it for some early-season pow.
