Today didn't suck. It was interesting to say the least. The snow that fell today was very fluffy. So dry that I couldn't make a snowball at the top of one. The snow underneath was really firm. The hardest part was ignoring the loud scraping sound of the ice underneath while you're getting face shots. Anywhere the underlying snow was smooth it was real good though. Some wind or another foot would really help things out.

I couldn't believe how few people were up today. I took this photo of an unknown snowboarder getting first tracks from chair 1 at 3pm.

    See ya tomorrow.

Heck yes, I'll be up there at opening time. Hooray for flexible work schedules!

Loveland Ski Area, I skied a few laps on the east side of chair 1 with the guy in the pictures about a month ago. Can't remember his name, but maybe I'll run into him tomorrow.

Should be rocking the prophet 130's if it looks good. Otherwise I will be crushing my pro's. Black mountain hardware jacket. Laps for sure on one in the AM. Anyone from Boulder going up and want to car pool?

Ya maybe. I'll be there at 8, but you have to come in before 9, when I take my ski break.

After an hour of fiddling with a calculator, I figured out that it would be a very bad idea to miss recitation tomorrow. 0.4 points on my final grade, but it's exactly on the borderline. Boo.

No new snow= no go. We'll see...

I'll be there, with my mom, rocking the lift 2 all day with her. I may even get her to venture on to 6 and 1. I'm sure it wont be long before shes shredding, not that many years ago she and I were in the skate park 4 nights a week. Big air and vert ramps don't scare her
