3]hard to tell exact width/size as we only flew past but i have it on good authority that the piece de resistance in the middle of shot is a sustained 50-55 top to bottom. add a couple for the line off peak.

besides being potentially the sickest line ever skied, conditions would have to be 103% perfect or else the phrase "terrain trap" springs to mind.
wtf... you're a joker. That's a John Scurlock photo of Lincoln Peak:

That's right next to Mt Baker, in a wilderness area, nowhere near N. Cascade heli-skiing.

Helluva callout, Phil! Nice work. And to people flossing lines that haven't even been skied: WTF!?!?!? At least give it an attempt before you spray about it.

this one is off the three bears near fernie.
1500+. not sure of the angles, but it's steep. easy 3 hour approach from town to the bottom of the couloir.

not the best angle.....the rock wall on skiers left blocks some of the view.

I've been checking out the NE side of Glacier Peak near Cooke City the past couple years, it's pretty gnartastic.

This one is pretty classic. 20' wide, continuous 40-45º with a huckable ice flow for an exit.

This one is a very classy 40-45º descent.

The Blaze! Holds snow year round. Long slog in, we used horses to access it in the spring and summer. Good pitch but not real steep, can't remember but I think it's only like 40 degrees maybe less. I believe it is considered a glacier.

I need more beta. can you access it from the beehive side? I'm aware that it's Wilderness Area = no vehicles of any kind. Day trip, over night? Do-able in May-June when it's tolerable at night at altitude. 40 degrees might actually be steep for me.

San Joaquin Chute... Classic! Unfortunately I was out of town for Andys memorial ski descent but I did ski K12 (Ophir to Telluride) last thursday and the corn was in perfect shape all the way to the bear creek boulder. Andy would have loved those buff conditions but coulda' handled crusty boilerplate on bump skis just as well!!! We'll miss you Andy!!

Not NA but putting it in anyway

Per powstash corrected the Val Scura del Sassongher in Italy. Figured it was worthy of a X-post. 2500 meters of a line, 750m in the coulior.
