hey mags: bring some stickers next time you head up to LL, quite a few of the towers on chair 1 & 2 had the "stop abortion now" message stuck on them. looks like the church groups were out in force last weekend, because they were not there last week. i'm gonna donate a fkna sticker to one of the chair 2 towers on saturday.

it was pretty hard packed/firm/wind buffeted. even my spot off the ocho was wind hammered. saw a few folks hiking over by wild child, but for the snow quality, it did not look like it was worth it.

the trees off 4 were ok, and they groomed a huge swath of south chutes which was not too cool. it was snowing when i left at 1 ish.

that dude bill is a kool kat for sure. definately a little cracked in the head. which is a high compliment

i don't know that dropping 25ft to bombholes is my ideal way of training for comps, but giver, homie!

Better yet, I'm going to perform an abortion while riding the chair! Anyone know how long the lift takes? My record is a 6 minute abortion and I don't want anyone catching me and pulling my pass!

chair 2 takes 12 mins, unless you mid load. oh i forgot too, some gapers got off at mid load of 2 today after passing me waiting at the mid load station.

we'll be up on sunday, but i will be in a surly mood, drive-by truckers tomorrow & then stockholm syndrome on saturday. the stockholm guys are always up for hanging with pablo escobar.

Bill's "training" is a little different. Last week at Vail I would swear I heard the theme music from ROCKY every time he would line up a huck.

Bluebird powder days do not suck.

We couldn't be bothered to stop to take pictures, so I only have one mediocre post-deluge shot of the South Chutes to offer.

We got 9th or 10th chair on 9, and it was sooooo good. Even after the overloaded lift stopped a few times.
