Room open for sublette in Teton Village for one month starting 4/11.

Hey all,

My condo mate is taking off to Australia from around 4/11-5/15. He is allowing someone to take his room for a month if anyone needs one to help with his portion of the rent.

The condo is in Sleeping Indian East on Michael in the village. Place is 100% furnished, washer/dryer, dishwasher, poached wireless. The room described has a bathroom in it, so you have complete privacy. We do not have cable so you would be limited to DVD watching if you are a TV watcher.

This setup would be ideal for someone moving into town and needing a place to stay while they are looking for their own housing. Also, someone who was on a short winter lease and decided to stay longer and is in search of housing.

If a LITTLE more time is needed than the dates mentioned, you could always crash on the couch or murphy bed in living room.

My condo mate doesn't really NEED someone to take his room, but if he isn't using it and someone needs it in exchange for rent help, we are willing to work with someone.

Since you would be living with me, a little about myself. I am usually not home. I sleep there, cook there and that's about it. When I am home, I am usually working on my computer in my room. I like to keep it pretty quiet during the week as I have to be out of the house by 7:30 most days. I am in bed by midnight, but as long as you aren't partying with a bunch of people, I couldn't care less about what your schedule is like.

Things for you to know:
I am a drinker and smoker
No cigarette smoking in the house
Need to be semi clean
Must not try to steal shit from us (thievery is the lowest common denominator in my book)
Must be respectful of my schedule

I am extending this to this community and people I know around town. It is first come first serve and if we don't find someone, again, I'm not sweating it. So for the loc's, let me know if you hear about someone that this might fit into their needs.

oh, and since this is a sublette of our lease we would need money the day you come to stay. Cost of the space is dependant on time frame room is needed. I would rather deal with someone for the whole time (or close to it) than multiple people picking a week here and there. So, if you are asking about a week or two, I will probably take someone who is willing to go the whole time before you.

No, I think it is 4/6 this year but with this snow pack there will still be people hiking for turns much later than that.

Also, some people do live here year round. someone who is moving here for the summer or something may need a place early, who the hell knows. And, a lot of 6 month leases are up in April. If someone who lives here is in between housing, this could work.
