I'd be up for a ride tomorrow if anybody is interested. That being said, I don't own a car but am more than happy to trade a ride for beers

I have a car and am down for something tommorow. I'd kind of like to get an earlish start and get a longish ride in -- I've been a fat ass moving the last few weeks.

i swear to all that is holy, if I break another part on my bike in the next week, i'm giving up the sport. I've had my bullit for around a month, about 2/3 of that time its been out of commission. First the fork, then the front derailleur, then the master cylinder for my front break (which still isn't fixed, ordered the replacement part more than a week and a half ago, didn't arrive till yesterday and the shop won't get it fixed till 5pm on monday) and now my rear derailleur is proper fucked, isn't shifting at all and bent to shit. I don't ride that hard, i'm light (150lbs), haven't done any massive jumps or drops, I don't fall all that hard, am I missing something or do the bike gods simply seem to hate me with a passion. I could deal with all these things happening at one time, but when each one happens a day or two after the last one gets fixed, then the shop can't get their shit together for 3-4 days at the minimum, all I want is to ride my bike for more than a day or two without breaking something and getting forced to take most of another week or more off.

Anyway, to the point, powder4breakfast and stanyo, I would ask if you are up for empire again sometime late this week, but I think my bike will still not be working, again, but regardless, let me know if you are up for it

lastly, whoever the fucks who vandalized the top of empire lift, thanks for ruining it for everyone. They are changing the combination for the gate and putting cameras up, solid work someone!

Soul - sorry to hear about your bike. We had a good ride again last week; but, we did miss you. Stanyo was sending Sizzler like a champ. Even Otter showed up to take some one armed pics of the action. I think this week's ride will have to be on Wednesday for me. Let me know if you can get your bike in action by then.

By the way, thanks for cutting out the two trail blocking trees... if that was you. Now there are a bunch of biggies laid across the trail a little before the last stunt. It looks like an avy came through and ripped all the trees down... kind of weird. They deffinately were not there the week before.

So who's gonna be at DV tomorrow? I should be there around 10ish. Did a few laps on Tuesday and the dirt was AMAZING. Should be a great day tomorrow as well.

We should get together to do some mellow stuff for our knees. I don't know anywhere down this way though. Been riding around my neighborhood and it is getting boring.

Sweet! I need to do a test ride first solo. The idea of riding on dirt is kind of in my head and intimidating me a little.

I was thinking of that area too, I'll probably be at the Glenwild lot around 9 or 9:30, I'm riding on a yellow and silver NRS1.

The week off was nice to get things taken care of in other areas. Now I am ready to resume our weekly empire runs. Stanyo and Soul lets get in touch... I am thinking Wednesday. Others are welcome.
