    Here's the article from MCN

Now they just need to put out a 1050 Daytona and I'll be a happy guy.

    Thumbs up

Getting back on mine this week. Need inspection and tags before I ride it to my new house in 2 weeks. Want to do some test rides to make sure my leg/knee is strong enough for a 2 hour ride.

Gotta ride for a few months in my Donjoy brace though.

Cruised from Basalt over McClure Pass to Hotchkiss on Saturday so we could go to Zack's BBQ

Took a couple of pics on the ride home just below the top of McClure.

    My "new-to-me" '03 Shadow Spirit 750.

    My buddy's '07 BMW F800 with ABS.

And my other buddy's '06? KTM beast, 900 Adventure.

No real good cruising shots, but all in all a very fun ride with some good BBQ mixed in.

Belt drive for sure, but I don't think it has the telelever front end. I haven't ridden it yet, but he LOVES it. He got rid of a FZ6 for it and much prefers the BMW.

That is the '08 Triumph Street Triple.
Same engine as the Daytona 675 ("re-tuned"...whatever that means) with the styling of the Speed Triple.
I think it's coming in September or October.

Rumors are that Triumph will have 6 new models next year...

Just wanted to report it was a gorgeous night in Northern NH for the ride home... then out again and then AGAIN for the ride home... the moon, if not full, is damn close and one incredible sight.

    I heart my bike.

Wi3 answered already...that particular model won't be available until next year. It's the naked version of the 675. If you want something similar, check out he Speed Triple...it's a 1050cc naked, very similar to what Tex posted...and a sweet ride.

I'm jealous...my bike is sick, no riding for me in the last 3 weeks...

I had a wheel bearing break on my while I was riding and it managed to fuse itself the rear axle freezing it in place in the swingarm...which means...a whole new swingarm for me. I got the part in today, so hopefully I'm back up and running by Saturday.

Thanks Valleygirl. It could have been really bad day when that happened...I was doing about 50mph when the rear locked up...thank god I was going straight at the time and kept the bike up.

    Lax...fixed the image for you:
