One of the best places on the interweb as a matter of fact.
People should learn endurance; they should learn to endure the discomforts of heat and cold, hunger and thirst; they should learn to be patient when receiving abuse and scorn; for it is the practice of endurance that quenches the fire of worldly passions which is burning up their bodies.

The real question is: Will they make things right if they fuck up?

Answer: Yes. They shipped me Trekkers when I ordered Naxos. They had the Naxos out to me immediately before I even sent the Trekkers back.

solid internet retailer (and good store too). I bought a pair through the web store and have also shopped retail in person. Their rankings of used gear is pretty conservative - "bargain bin" stuff is usually in pretty good shape. No issues.

agreed^^^. They messed up one of my orders and made it right...quick. I'd buy from them again. I'd recommend calling and talking to someone vs ordering online, though.

Held to their word of pricematch less 5% even when I brought a "SAC-like" price to them for Seths.

These guys are wonderful. Bryce runs a great ship. I have bought a lot from them, and agree on the used gear ratings. Bought my wife a pair of skis at the beginning of last season and they looked almost new, the bases were perfect.

As for calling them, I agree. Plus if you get put on hold, they have great hold music!

you know a shop is good when it's owned by a pro skier like bryce. seems like a good man. and that music is damn amazing.

I had a miss with them and a phone call corrected it. They sent the missed parts out the next day.

Only one minor complaint. Since I live in seattle literally 5 minutes from them I wanted to pick up the used kids skis I bought for sopmeting like $70 and save the $30 shiopping charge. Though the rep on the phone made an effort to set this up, in the end I was denied. Kind of a waste of time, energy and resources for them and for me, and something I do think interweb companies should make available for locals.

I "stole" Bryce's dukes while he was in Japan (it was me or Kush and he already has a sponsor). I got to be the first kid on my block to rock 'em.

Why didn't you add $30 worth of gear to your order to get the free shipping? When I was ordering my daughter's birthday gift this weekend (143 Line Celebrity Minis for $80) and saw that I was going to have to pay $18 for shipping, I measured the boys' heads and bought one a new helmet for $30, net $12.

I bought wakeboard bindings from them and they screwed up the order. They made it right though by shipping the correct bindings overnight before I even sent the incorrect ones back. It was a bit of a hassle, but I was greatly impressed by their effort.

Those guys are freaking great! I called em up one morning on their way out to ski some pow and asked them if they could send my skins that day if I made the order on the net within the hour. He said "Sure" and sent them to me before I even paid!! Got my skins the next afternoon.

    Celebrity Minis came yesterday.

This will make alpinegirl one happy 10 year old. Even as her dad wonders how she got to be that old without him aging a day.
