    Nau

These guys just opened a store in town here, and I gotta say there stuff is really nice. They have hit a nice happy medium between fashion and function and are sort of a legitimate alternative to patagucci. Haven't bought anything yet, but I am pretty tempted. Good materials and nice designs. Who knows if they'll last but they have some pretty agresive growth plans from talking with their manager. 100 stores in 08 or something like that.

Anyways, good stuff. I am sure some people here would like it. Pretty cool site as well - https://www.nau.com/homepage/index.j...mepage/index&0

A PDX mag who hasn't been on for awhile works for them. I got to see a bunch of stuff before the website launch and it is $$$$$$$. Such a cool concept that embraces the sustainability values of Patagucci at a more reasonable price. Plus they use some of the coolest materials to make some kick ass stylie street/outdoor stuff.

I guess seventy bucks isn't unreasonable for a polo shirt, but this stuff isn't exactly a bargain.

    Looks cool though.

Stuff does look stylish. Shame that even with $2/£ it's still really expensive.

I think I saw an article on this in Outside a couple months ago. They did sound like they had pretty aggressive growth plans but I bet there's enough of a market out there to support them.

Alpinepronghorn works for em, he's good shit and seems super stoked on the company and it's plans. Now if only I wasn't a cheap, poor dirtbag I could buy some of their stuff...

My friend Emilie did the art work behind this video on their sight, great marketing idea:

did they finally cue in on this? trendsetters they are at the WSJ...

Another look at Nau. Spendy stuff indeed, not so sure about the claim of technical outdoor clothing. Kinda like the Gap saying they sell outdoor clothing. I'm looking forward to seeing the PDX store next month when I'm in town to further round out my opinion.

I think when you touch and feel the clothes, you'll be more impressed. I was.
