    Sabres - Ducks finals.

    Don't really care who wins.

Patiently waiting for the Leafs to make a run ( or get into the playoffs for that matter). I was four, last time they won the cup.

That Crosby no-goal was BS. That game went from interesting to not awfully fast.

I can't tell if it was just the Penguins playing incredibly poorly and sloppy, or if the Senators just played that well.

The Senators know they are the biggest chokers in the NHLand they know it, they came out to play, they have had a bunch of playoff letdowns, they could be a playoff sleeper, but they still are the Sens and for them to make the finals, I'll believe it when I see it.

With the Bruins sucking so badly and as an Austrian I just have to go with the Sabres this year. On the other hand, if the Sabres and Rangers lose in the first round Austria gets both Vanek and Pöck for the World Championships ...

just got back from my own game and there's still a game on. Wooo! Go Canucks!

The highlights from that Sharks-Preds game were awesome! Great save by Vocoun (yeah, can't spell that for my life) and great OT winner.

    i heart hockey!

So what is the over under of the Stars/Canucks beating the Pens/Flyers game. Wasn't that like 6 OT's.

I have a feeling this game might finally end some time in the next 20 minutes, but it would be even more fun if it didn't.

I probably just jinxed it, oh well.

66 shots on Luongo, welcome to the playoffs. Probably very reminiscent of playing 60 minutes in Florida.

Lame, I just realized why it would have been great for Dallas to win. A lot of Vancouver fans would have spent 6 hours for nothing and gone home unhappy.

Oh well, playoff hockey kicks ass.

Ugh, I only made it thru the first overtime before I crashed and fell asleep.

And I am way tired this morning.

Oh it's on. Only one blowout so far (Pittsburgh can suck my sore nuts) and 3 other fantastic games. Can't wait for tonight.

made it through the 4 OT's. Was just a matter of time until the Sedins got going again, seeing how they had not done much for 5 periods. Bobby Lu was awesome! Wonder if the 76 shots on goal was anywhere near a record? Probably not, but still an amazing display of goaltending. A good win for the Canucks as they were completely outplayed from halfway through the first period until the 2nd OT. As for your comments about Vancouver Singel, I hope the Flames are extinguished in 4! Probably not with Kipper to help them, but good luck against the Red Wings.

I rocked all of 3 1/2 hours of sleep.

Had an 11 PM game of my own... ends at midnight (add 10 minutes for de-gearing).... 40 mile drive... home at 1 AM... shower... sitting up wired until 2 AM.... go to bed... staring at the ceiling for another 30 minutes unable to sleep... wake up at 6 AM to get into work for my 8 AM meeting.

road trip = fully caffeinated yet quite sleepy right now. Ugh.

That said, I'll snap out of it on my way to the Devils' game tonight.

Amazingly. I hate when the schedule gets totally lopsided as well... I can shake off late games on Wednesday night, but when they give us late ones on Monday, I'm doomed.

(and let's not even talk about the equipment stank)

But to be fair... The pens didn't really fight back. NO forecheck. None at all. They were playing soft.

I think we'll see a different penguins team on Saturday, but aye, they got worked over badly last nite.

    McGeough!!!

For Fucks sake can somebody fire this moron already. I generally don't pay much attention to officiating but I did notice a distinct correlation between McGeough and stupidity every time I watched him ref this year.
