After a closer look at my 2nd run it looks like I sneaked in at 11th!! Not bad for my first race of the year. However, with some good training over the next month I think I could pull out a top 5. Thanks for all your support and better luck next time irul&ublo your still learning and you have a ton of talent, don't give up.

Well, If skiing wasn't so expensive in the U.S. of A. you'd get the better athletes from other sports, Allen Iverson, Derek Jeter, Jeff Gordan et al

To me, Ligety stole the show. Start position 64! He finished 8th. Can you imagine if he started in the top 25-30, before the course was ripped up?

True, many athletes are. I don't think Bode is. He is definitely a non-conformist/rebel. Much of his career has been spent ignoring coaching and developing his own technique. Now he is one of the best. I think if the Herminator hadn't hurt himself so badly he would own Bode. Then again maybe not. They are both great and I am a fan of both. They represent two different aspects of the sport.
